    • Weekly ReportsYour GHC will discuss with you theformat they will be using for thesereports. These reports provide yoursupervisor with information on howyou are doing, so you should fillthem out COMPLETELY withDETAILED information!Your template can be found on ThinkTank under resources.
    • Expense ReimbursementsThese forms are filled out when you needto be reimbursed for spending yourpersonal money on a program. Pleaseremember that you MUST get priorapproval from your GHC to spendmoney, this should be done through theprogram approval system in Think Tank.A copy of this form can be found inthe resources section of yourThinkTank account.
    • Expense ReimbursementsCompleting the form:• This form MUST be typed, handwritten formswill NOT be accepted. Complete the foursspaces at the top with your information(name, ID, Dept., phone).• List each receipt on a separate line.• In the Original Payee section type the name ofthe place you spent money(i.e. Target)• In the Business Purpose section type the reasonfor the money spent (i.e. Hall Spread supplies)• In the Attendees section list those that attended(i.e. 22 Braun Hall residents)
    • Expense ReimbursementsCompleting the form, contd.:• In the total section type in the total amount ofthe receipt. Leave the rest of that line BLANK.• The ORIGINAL receipt must be taped to theback of this form once you print it. Make sureyou use CLEAR tape ONLY and tape down allfour sides of the receipt COMPLETELY! If youhave multiple receipts and need morespace, use a blank sheet of paper to tapereceipts to and then PAPER CLIP this sheet tothe form.• Make sure to ALWAYS sign the bottom of the
    • Expense ReimbursementsCompleting the form:• Forms must be turned into your GHC withinone week of your program.• The check for all reimbursement formssubmitted to your GHC by Friday, will beavailable for pick-up in the ResEd officewithin 2 weeks.
    • Google CalendarIt is an expectation that you keep yourpersonal Google Calendar up to datewith your current class schedule aswell as any other commitments.This calendar must be shared with yourGHC, AD and Juls. This allows for us toschedule meetings easier should the needarise.If you have any difficulty with your calendarplease speak with your GHC immediately.
    • Occupancy ChecksOnce a semester you will be asked tohelp with occupancy checks.You will be given a roster and asked tovisit each of your residents rooms andhave them sign off next to their names.If you are having trouble locating astudent, please talk with your GHC forother options.
    • Health and Safety ChecksOnce a semester you will be asked tohelp with health and safety checks.Each room in your building will need tobe checked for cleanliness, roomfurniture settings, and compliance withREHS and College policies.You must inform your residents of thesechecks no less than 24 hours prior toyour scheduled checks.
