This application was developed in three months and is currently helping the sales team to collaborate, log calls, respond to leads, work opportunities and check dashboards with a similar user experience for all devices.

  • One of our main actions as Sales rep is to schedule meetings, presentations, events etc.. and having that information up to date and available everywhere is crucial
    Sales reps were using Google Calendar to book their meetings, and double typing everything in the CRM wouldn’t make sense
    So, we integrated with Google Calendar. The app automaticly imports all of the events form their calendar into activities
    They can also create and activity and export it to their google calendar

    Having all this financial information of a client (from value in sales to DSO and Margins ) before meeting with them largely increases negotiation power

  • We also have other functionalities such has creating campains, leads and opportunites
  • So as i said before we had a full 3 months to develop the application and 3 developers
    So we divided the development phase in 3 sprints
    on the end of each sprint we had a demo with client
    that constant feedback we had from the client allowed us to improve and correct the app still in the development phase
    that reduced the number of change requests at the end of the development and improved overall acceptance of the app
    we also decided for 2 different go live dates
    one during the development phase where we would deliver all the main functionalities from creating companies to activities and google calendar integration
    and another at the end of development when we had all of the dashboards and charts finalized
  • We want to take all this data and turn it into insights that can drive new business and make new decisions – informed and smart decisions.
