Consumer Trends 2020 Workshop is a one-day program briefly introducing your team main dynamics and trends shaping the consumer market in 2012; and will dominate the next decade. Regardless of their professional background, the participants will first have a brief view of consumer behavior theory followed by an indepth consumer analysis in male and female perspective along with Millenials and Pink Market.

Changing consumer trends along with the recent technological enhancements lead brand experts to develop smart content with consumer engagement. Consumer habits, particularly those related to brand selection, brand loyalty and the purchase decision making process have undergone a significant evolution over the past decade.

Just as many agencies and brands retooled their operations and thinking to effectively market to the changing habits of a new generation of consumers in terms of both the message and mediums, a second wave of changes is about to come. Consumer Trends 2020 Workshop is designed to keep you ready before the second wave hits the market.
