    • RMsis for JIRA(v1.2.0)
      Simplify Requirement Management for JIRA
    • RMsis is simplified requirement management extension, designed specially for JIRA
      RMsis workflow has following users: -
      Project Manager: Owns requirements and related artifacts. Schedules releases. Maintains an oversight of the product/project. Referred to as Requirement Manager in further slides.
      Team Member: Contribute and review requirements. Refers to the requirements for other project activities.
      Customer: Limited Read-Write access. Can contribute requirements.
      Administrator: Manages roles and users. Defines access rights. Manages licenses, backup, upgrades etc.
      Introduction
    • Project Manager
    • Requirement Manager can add requirements and set its attributes.
      Requirements Management Screen
    • Moving Requirements from Unplanned to Planned
    • Right click on the requirement
      Select add requirement above/below
      Enter requirement ID to move
      Movement of Requirement within Planned Requirement
      • Requirement manager can add requirement dependencies
      • RMsis takes care of cyclic dependencies automatically
      Requirement Dependencies
    • Requirement manager can use various filters to access the relevant information.
      Filters
    • Requirement manager can view and edit details of a requirement.
      Editing Requirements
    • Requirement manager can view traceability of issues/bugs/tasks against requirements. Any custom type of JIRA issue can be traced.

    • Already linked issues can be viewed and new issues can be added.

    • Requirement manager can view requirements associated with any given JIRA issue.
      Reverse Traceability
    • Requirement manager can create new releases, update actual effort in existing release and filter releases.
      Release Management
    • Baseline: Select Requirement(s) to Mark for Baseline
      Requirement manager can mark requirement for baseline after discussion.

    • Requirement Manager can create baseline and provide appropriate name to it.

      • A team member can see planned requirements (based on permissions) in read only view.
      • He can add comments in planned requirements and add requirements in unplanned requirements table.

    • Administrator can activate/deactivate users.

    • Admin can assign permissions to any given role.

    • Admin can see all the projects imported from JIRA.
