- 3. who loved his people so much
- 4. that he searched for objects of beauty to share with them.
- 5. But alas, found nothing.
- 7. “How can someone own the beauty of a flower?”
- 8. “Or the happiness of a child?”
- 9. Still, his heart was pure,
- 10. and he began to search far and wide.
- 11. Many tried to stop him.
- 12. Some thought he was a thief and screamed for justice.
- 13. “Is sharing beauty wrong?” He asked.
- 14. Others simply wanted to enforce the status quo.
- 15. “Can’t we change for beauty?” He begged.
- 17. when he received a kiss of luck.
- 18. Someone who had walked this path before, said:
