What do we plan to do? All buildings in Sutton zero carbon by 2025 2 or 3 major renewable energy installations generating 10% or more of Sutton’s energy consumption by 2015. All new buildings to be Zero Carbon by 2016 Targets for council buildings, Sutton Housing Partnership stock, Schools and businesses Annual energy consumption targets as a reduction of 2008 baselines. Target for numbers of houses renovated each year.
