SIGNS OF STRESS Signs that stress may be affecting your health: • Disturbed sleep, muscle pain, headaches, digestive problems, weight gain/loss, etc. Emotional signs of stress: • Anxiety, depression, moodiness, memory problems, substance abuse, etc. If you notice more than two or three of these signs, consider talking to a healthcare professional.© Home Instead, Inc. 2011.
