Elegance, luxury and open space are the words that would come to mind. The viewers will feel the security of getting an Easyliving Homes product.
The objectives would be to capture a couple’s happiness inside and around the house. Include kids if the client wants to include a different demographic.
A good portion of cutaways will be shot to complement the editing. Expensive appliances and clothes as well as jewelry will be used.
For the man I would suggest shirt and tie and maybe a bit more relaxed in another shot. Still very clean and well presented. The woman would be in jeans and a fancy coat and maybe a second set of more relaxed clothes.
The look and feel will be lots of dolly track shots as well as slight slow motion footage. Lots of open space and natural lighting.
The colour grade will be very subtle and will complement all the furniture shots as well as the property itself.
Film look & feel
The actors’ actions and attitudes will be very minimalistic. Probably enjoying a cup of steaming hot coffee together or reading a book. Throwing their jacket on the bed before changing into some more casual clothes.
