Enhanced Reliability Level (Designated Organizational Screening (DOS))  Access to PROTECTED information and assets  process takes 6 to 8 weeks 2. Secret Level (Facility Security Clearance (FSC))  access to Classified information and assets  process can take from 4 to 12 months.
