What You’ll Need!

Step 1 On the paper plate, turn the ice cream cone upside down.

Step 2 Have vanilla icing ready and drop in green food coloring.

Step 3 Mix the food coloring in with a spoon.

Step 4 Distribute about a tablespoon size scoop to the child.
