Third graders spent several days discussing bully behavior using technology – cyber bullying. They learned what it is, when it might happen, how to avoid it, what to do if it happens to others, and when to tell an adult. After many examples and discussions of solutions, students wrote slogans to encourage others to end cyber bullying. They used a digital camera to take pictures of themselves posing. Using a program called GIMP, students altered their photos to create a speech bubble and type their slogans. They are sharing their projects with Oakhill in the hopes that you will help end cyber bullying.
