Conclusions• The utilization of webinar as an OpenCourseWare forUT’s students is beneficial• Webinar tutorial is efficient to be implemented forstudents who reside out of Indonesia (Low Cost)• Intensive interaction through chat, video, and audio• Webinar tutorial is effective (all of the students pass thefinal exam)• Unfortunately, the infrastructure is not optimal yet whichoften leads to technical constraints
  15. 15. Suggestions• Further research from the perspective of the studentsshould be conducted, especially in determining thecourses that be best supported by webinar tutorial• The infrastructure elements; such as the bandwidth of theinternet connection in Indonesia is also important to beimproved
