Mobile App Part of Five Year Aspiration goals for 2013 Need for a mobile expense reporting app was expressed by several departments Evaluated several mobile expense reporting apps: – Oracle Expense Reporting App (Fusion) – Originally part of Fusion, became available for EBS late last year – Available only for iOS (Android version to be released soon) – Public app, no customization or branding possible – Concur – Expensive, additional integration costs – Will have to replace entire expense reporting application (iExpense) – Few others – inexpensive, easy to use candidates (Expensify, ProOnGo, etc) that were deemed not enterprise grade due to lack of EBS integration – Appzen mobile app was selected

Appzen Features Pre-built integration with Oracle iExpense Available for both iOS and Android devices Attach images either using camera or pictures on device Credit card charges feed into the app Offline mode, save to device Utilizes the IEEE Corporate MDM (AirWatch) for device and app management including delivery Customized by vendor to include – GL Account override from default – IEEE logo, Help Desk contact, and special instructions
