Get your priorities in order ! <ul><li>It is human nature to focus on the things that are important to us naturally making those things a priority and dedicating most of our time to them. </li></ul><ul><li>Typically your families, work, sleep, and leisurely activities are some of them main priorities in our life. </li></ul>
  6. 6. Priorities <ul><li>In order to be successful and reach your goals of becoming a nurse….. </li></ul><ul><li>Nursing School MUST become a Priority! </li></ul><ul><li>This will require some adjustment to work-life balance </li></ul>

Don’t Procrastinate!!!! <ul><li>Procrastination is human and you are human being right? </li></ul><ul><li>So chances are you will be tempted to procrastinate, but it can become habit forming and causes serious problem. </li></ul><ul><li>Procrastinators usually aren’t concerned about deadlines and are quite content that they will get everything done before the deadline. They often feel they work well under pressure because they get the task done in a short amount of time </li></ul>
