Nualgi Aquaculture improves fish productivity; increases healthy fish and cleans water in an environmentally sustainable production. In aquariums, fresh water or marine, hatchery, nursery or growout, fish or shellfish, it is essential to control the water quality. Our product consists of micronutrients that trigger growth of diatoms in water bodies due to the presence of silica base. Nualgi’s nano formulation causes a diatom algae bloom within 3 hours of application, which triggers a large population of zooplankton - a live fish food. Nualgi utilizes Co2 and increases O2 concentration in water, facilitating the growth of aquatic species like zooplanktons and fish.

Fish kills in ponds, lakes etc are due to a decrease in oxygen level. Minimum O2 level required is 5 ppm, below this level water becomes unfit for aquatic life forms. However, adding Nualgi, this situation can be reversed within a week, increasing dissolved oxygen for aquatic life to flourish. Commercial farming generally releases untreated waste water including large amounts of fish excrement which can harm the natural environment around the farm sites.
