Stress = 3 possibilities

• Keep it away from me
• Listen to what I say, do what I tell you to do,
and stress will go away

I make fun…

Put on some music!

Every season has it’s beauty.
Every thing has it’s beauty.
Every person has it’s beauty.
Take that beauty and use it to make you happy

Yoga? Karate? Sauna?
Gaming? Watching movies?
Eating chips?
Drinking a beer with mates?
Or on your own?

And live by them.
