  • 2. HUNGER LUNCH  Nourish International’s main venture is a Hunger Lunch. At Ohio State, Hunger Lunches are currently run bi- monthly. During a Hunger Lunch, food is provided to the students, faculty, and staff of the Ohio State Community. The main purpose of a Hunger Lunch is to spread awareness about global issues of poverty as well as to obtain substantial donations for our international projects to be held in the summer.

  • 4. Supply List for Each  1 Table  1 Tent  1 Hunger Lunch Kit  Hunger Lunch checklist (In hunger lunch kits)
  • 5. THE LUNCH  GIVE THE NOURISH SPIEL  Tallier- tally the customers who get food and who donate  Money Collector: handle donations/provide change if necessary  Flexible Volunteer: fills in whatever roles necessary  Greeter: stand in front and GIVE SPIEL/ hand out fliers  Hunger Lunch Leader/Exec Member: Provide necessary support/make the lunch run smoothly
  • 6. CLEAN-UP  When: 2:00-4:00  Where: meet at assigned location  What: Follow checklist  Essentials:  Hunger Lunch Kits put away in Basement  Tables Carried back  Money given to Exec Member  Tents Taken Down
  • 7. POTENTIAL VENTURES  Penny Wars  Company Sponsorship/price match  Lock-In  Photo-Scavenger Hunt  Hot Food for Hot Messes  Hold ‘em for Hunger  Gallery Hop  Basketball Tournament/Shootout  Schott (Erin Moeller)  Bar-Night  Beer Tasting
