  • Defence and Communications Systems Some global remarks • OASIS is targeting the operations during the crisis – Crisis environment (low speed and unreliable communications, stress, …) – Set-up time must be reduced – Changing organisation according to the events – We want to break the language barrier • OASIS needs to be a light-weight framework.
