I have raised a lot of money for clients over the years and find it truly humbling to being doing it now, in this economic headwind, for my own start up fohboh.com. We are 12 months old, are generating revenue, 6 months from breakeven, own our space (meaning we are the largest professional community for the huge and global restaurant industry) and still bootstrapping. The venture process has been broken for years, yes. But, the golden rule is, (you remeber the golden rule right Alex) he who has the gold, makes the rules. Game changing this world will require something close to your original business plan, as I recall. Hope all is well. 3 years ago Reply
