VideoCom 2010 1 Nooka Futurism The Nooka Futurist— lives life in the present and actively imagines their life in places and time to come sees the world as inspiration never outgrows their childlike curiosity of the universe believes that universal communication is the most efficient means for mutual evolution The Assignment— Create a video that represents the Nooka mindstyle Create a video that represents the Nookafesto Use your creativity to capture the essence of Nooka (freestyle) Feel free to be inspired by our Nookafesto which can be found at www.nooka.com/nookafesto Requirements— Videos are to be 60 seconds or less. All types of media are allowed to be used in the videos. All videos must be submitted by November 22, 2010. Prizes— The Grand Prize Winner will receive a cash award of $2,000 and $1,000 in Nooka products and will be credited on Nooka’s website as the creator of the winning Submission and any Nooka campaigns substantially based on the Submission. The First Runner-Up will receive up to $1,000 in Nooka products. The Second Runner-Up will receive up to $500 in Nooka products. Three Notable Mentions will each receive up to $250 in Nooka products. Each qualifying Entrant will receive a gift code for a 20% discount at the Nooka online store.

VideoCom 2010 2 “The Nookafesto is what fuels the mindstyle™ philosophy.” Judging— Judging will be based on uniqueness and how the videos relate to the Nookafesto. Judges are to be announced at a later date. Is the submission unique? Is the delivery of the message novel and compelling? Does the submission demonstrate a high level of technical skill? Does the submission capture Nooka’s brand values? How does the submission appeal to the judges? Official Rules— No purchase necessary to enter or win a prize. A purchase will not increase your chances of winning. Internet access is required. 13 years or older, Open to participants worldwide. Please read official rules for further information. Entry Period— The 2010 Nooka Video Competition (the “Competition”) begins at 12:00:01 PM Eastern Time (“ET”) on Wednesday 19, 2010 and ends on 11:59:59 PM ET on November 22, 2010. All submissions must be received by 11:59:59 on the final day of the Competition. Administrator/Sponsor— The competition is administered by Tongal.com and sponsored by Nooka Inc (“Nooka”).
