يأتي توظيف ملف الإنجاز الإلكتروني E-Portfolio في العملية التعليمية باعتباره مستحدثاً تكنولوجياً، ووسيلة لتوثيق المعرفة التربوية فهو يتيح للمعلم حفظ سجلاته وإنجازاته بطريقة مبتكرة ليتسنى له عرض مهاراته وقدراته وتزويده بتغذية راجعة على مدى تحقق أهدافه عن طريق توفير أساليب تتسم بالكفاءة والفاعلية لتنمية المعلم وتمكينه من القيام بالأدوار والمسؤوليات الجديدة بكفاءة وجودة عالية , والوسيلة الفاعلة لتحقيق ذلك هي تدريب المعلم على أحدث المستحدثات التكنولوجية من خلال البرامج التدريبية .

  2. 2. ‫ﻤﻠﺨﺹ ﺍﻟﺒﺤﺙ‬ ‫ﻤﻠﺨﺹ ﺍﻟﺒﺤﺙ‬ ‫‪ ‬‬‫ﻴﺄﺘﻲ ﺘﻭﻅﻴﻑ ﻤﻠﻑ ﺍﻹﻨﺠﺎﺯ ﺍﻹﻟﻜﺘﺭﻭﻨﻲ ‪ E-Portfolio‬ﻓﻲ ﺍﻟﻌﻤﻠﻴﺔ ﺍﻟﺘﻌﻠﻴﻤﻴﺔ ﺒﺎﻋﺘﺒﺎﺭﻩ‬‫ﻤﺴﺘﺤﺩﺜﹰ ﺘﻜﻨﻭﻟﻭﺠﻴﹰ، ﻭﻭﺴﻴﻠﺔ ﻟﺘﻭﺜﻴﻕ ﺍﻟﻤﻌﺭﻓﺔ ﺍﻟﺘﺭﺒﻭﻴﺔ ﻓﻬﻭ ﻴﺘﻴﺢ ﻟﻠﻤﻌﻠﻡ ﺤﻔﻅ ﺴﺠﻼﺘﻪ ﻭﺇﻨﺠﺎﺯﺍﺘﻪ‬ ‫ﺎ‬ ‫ﺎ‬‫ﺒﻁﺭﻴﻘﺔ ﻤﺒﺘﻜﺭﺓ ﻟﻴﺘﺴﻨﻰ ﻟﻪ ﻋﺭﺽ ﻤﻬﺎﺭﺍﺘﻪ ﻭﻗﺩﺭﺍﺘﻪ ﻭﺘﺯﻭﻴﺩﻩ ﺒﺘﻐﺫﻴﺔ ﺭﺍﺠﻌﺔ ﻋﻠﻰ ﻤﺩﻯ ﺘﺤﻘﻕ ﺃﻫﺩﺍﻓﻪ‬‫ﻋﻥ ﻁﺭﻴﻕ ﺘﻭﻓﻴﺭ ﺃﺴﺎﻟﻴﺏ ﺘﺘﺴﻡ ﺒﺎﻟﻜﻔﺎﺀﺓ ﻭﺍﻟﻔﺎﻋﻠﻴﺔ ﻟﺘﻨﻤﻴﺔ ﺍﻟﻤﻌﻠﻡ ﻭﺘﻤﻜﻴﻨﻪ ﻤﻥ ﺍﻟﻘﻴﺎﻡ ﺒﺎﻷﺩﻭﺍﺭ‬‫ﻭﺍﻟﻤﺴﺅﻭﻟﻴﺎﺕ ﺍﻟﺠﺩﻴﺩﺓ ﺒﻜﻔﺎﺀﺓ ﻭﺠﻭﺩﺓ ﻋﺎﻟﻴﺔ ، ﻭﺍﻟﻭﺴﻴﻠﺔ ﺍﻟﻔﺎﻋﻠﺔ ﻟﺘﺤﻘﻴﻕ ﺫﻟﻙ ﻫﻲ ﺘﺩﺭﻴﺏ ﺍﻟﻤﻌﻠﻡ ﻋﻠﻰ‬ ‫ﺃﺤﺩﺙ ﺍﻟﻤﺴﺘﺤﺩﺜﺎﺕ ﺍﻟﺘﻜﻨﻭﻟﻭﺠﻴﺔ ﻤﻥ ﺨﻼل ﺍﻟﺒﺭﺍﻤﺞ ﺍﻟﺘﺩﺭﻴﺒﻴﺔ .‬‫ﻭﻤﻥ ﻫﻨﺎ ﺃﺘﻰ ﻫﺫﺍ ﺍﻟﺒﺤﺙ ﺒﻌﻨﻭﺍﻥ : ﺒﺭﻨﺎﻤﺞ ﺘﺩﺭﻴﺒﻲ ﺇﻟﻜﺘﺭﻭﻨﻲ ﻤﻘﺘﺭﺡ ﻹﻜﺴﺎﺏ ﻤﻌﻠﻤﺎﺕ‬ ‫ﺍﻟﻌﻠﻭﻡ ﻤﻬﺎﺭﺍﺕ ﺘﺼﻤﻴﻡ ﻭﺇﻨﺘﺎﺝ ﻤﻠﻑ ﺍﻹﻨﺠﺎﺯ ﺍﻹﻟﻜﺘﺭﻭﻨﻲ )‪.( E-Portfolio‬‬‫ﺇﻟﻰ ﻗﻴﺎﺱ ﺃﺜﺭ ﺍﻟﺒﺭﻨﺎﻤﺞ ﺍﻟﺘﺩﺭﻴﺒﻲ ﺍﻹﻟﻜﺘﺭﻭﻨﻲ ﺍﻟﻤﻘﺘﺭﺡ ﻹﻜﺴﺎﺏ ﻤﻌﻠﻤﺎﺕ‬ ‫ﺍﻟﺫﻱ ﻴﻬﺩﻑ‬‫ﺍﻟﻌﻠﻭﻡ ﻤﻬﺎﺭﺍﺕ ﺘﺼﻤﻴﻡ ﻭﺇﻨﺘﺎﺝ ﻤﻠﻑ ﺍﻹﻨﺠﺎﺯ ﺍﻹﻟﻜﺘﺭﻭﻨﻲ، ﻭﺘﻨﺤﺼﺭ ﻤﺸﻜﻠﺔ ﺍﻟﺒﺤﺙ ﻓﻲ ﺍﻟﺴﺅﺍل‬‫ﺍﻟﺭﺌﻴﺱ ﺍﻟﺘﺎﻟﻲ: ﻤﺎ ﺍﻟﺒﺭﻨﺎﻤﺞ ﺍﻟﺘﺩﺭﻴﺒﻲ ﺍﻹﻟﻜﺘﺭﻭﻨﻲ ﺍﻟﻤﻘﺘﺭﺡ ﻹﻜﺴﺎﺏ ﻤﻌﻠﻤﺎﺕ ﺍﻟﻌﻠﻭﻡ ﻤﻬﺎﺭﺍﺕ ﺘﺼﻤﻴﻡ‬ ‫ﻭﺇﻨﺘﺎﺝ ﻤﻠﻑ ﺍﻹﻨﺠﺎﺯ ﺍﻹﻟﻜﺘﺭﻭﻨﻲ ؟‬ ‫ﻭﻓﻲ ﻀﻭﺀ ﻤﺸﻜﻠﺔ ﺍﻟﺒﺤﺙ ﻗﺎﻤﺕ ﺍﻟﺒﺎﺤﺜﺔ ﺒﺼﻴﺎﻏﺔ ﺍﻟﻔﺭﻭﺽ ﺍﻟﺘﺎﻟﻴﺔ :-‬‫ﻴﻭﺠﺩ ﻓﺭﻕ ﺫﻭ ﺩﻻﻟﺔ ﺇﺤﺼﺎﺌﻴﺔ ﻋﻨﺩ ﻤﺴﺘﻭﻯ )٥٠.٠( ﺒﻴﻥ ﻤﺘﻭﺴﻁﻲ ﺩﺭﺠﺎﺕ ﺍﻟﻤﺠﻤﻭﻋﺔ‬‫ﺍﻟﺘﺠﺭﻴﺒﻴﺔ ﻓﻲ ﺍﻟﺘﻁﺒﻴﻕ ﺍﻟﻘﺒﻠﻲ ﻭﺍﻟﺒﻌﺩﻱ ﻟﻼﺨﺘﺒﺎﺭ ﺍﻟﻤﻌﺭﻓﻲ ﺍﻟﻤﺭﺘﺒﻁ ﺒﻤﻬﺎﺭﺍﺕ ﺘﺼﻤﻴﻡ ﻭﺇﻨﺘﺎﺝ ﻤﻠﻑ‬ ‫ﺍﻹﻨﺠﺎﺯ ﺍﻹﻟﻜﺘﺭﻭﻨﻲ، ﻟﺼﺎﻟﺢ ﺍﻟﺘﻁﺒﻴﻕ ﺍﻟﺒﻌﺩﻱ.‬‫ﻻ ﻴﻭﺠﺩ ﻓﺭﻕ ﺫﻭ ﺩﻻﻟﺔ ﺇﺤﺼﺎﺌﻴﺔ ﻋﻨﺩ ﻤﺴﺘﻭﻯ )٥٠.٠( ﺒﻴﻥ ﻤﺘﻭﺴﻁﻲ ﺩﺭﺠﺎﺕ ﺍﻟﻤﺠﻤﻭﻋﺔ‬‫ﺍﻟﺘﺠﺭﻴﺒﻴﺔ ﻓﻲ ﺒﻁﺎﻗﺔ ﺘﻘﻴﻴﻡ ﺍﻟﻤﻨﺘﺞ ﺍﻟﻤﺘﻌﻠﻘﺔ ﺒﺎﻟﺠﺎﻨﺏ ﺍﻟﻤﻬﺎﺭﻱ ﻟﻤﻬﺎﺭﺍﺕ ﺘﺼﻤﻴﻡ ﻭﺇﻨﺘﺎﺝ ﻤﻠﻑ ﺍﻹﻨﺠﺎﺯ‬ ‫ﺍﻹﻟﻜﺘﺭﻭﻨﻲ ﺒﻤﺴﺘﻭﻯ ﺘﻤﻜﻥ ﻴﻌﺎﺩل )٠٨%(.‬ ‫١‬
  3. 3. ‫ﻤﻠﺨﺹ ﺍﻟﺒﺤﺙ‬‫ﻭﻟﺘﺤﻘﻴﻕ ﺃﻫﺩﺍﻑ ﺍﻟﺒﺤﺙ ﺘﻡ ﺍﺴﺘﺨﺩﺍﻡ ﺍﻟﻤﻨﻬﺞ ﺍﻟﺸﺒﻪ ﺍﻟﺘﺠﺭﻴﺒﻲ ﻭﺍﻟﻤﻨﻬﺞ ﺍﻟﻭﺼﻔﻲ، ﻭ ﺘﻡ ﺘﻁﺒﻴﻕ‬‫ﺃﺩﻭﺍﺕ ﺍﻟﺒﺤﺙ: )ﺍﻟﺒﺭﻨﺎﻤﺞ ﺍﻟﺘﺩﺭﻴﺒﻲ ﺍﻹﻟﻜﺘﺭﻭﻨﻲ، ﺍﻻﺨﺘﺒﺎﺭ ﺍﻟﻤﻌﺭﻓﻲ )ﻗﺒﻠﻲ/ﺒﻌﺩﻱ(، ﺒﻁﺎﻗﺔ ﺘﻘﻴﻴﻡ‬‫ﻤﻨﺘﺞ( ﻋﻠﻰ ﻋﻴﻨﺔ ﺍﻟﺒﺤﺙ ﺍﻟﻤﻜﻭﻨﺔ ﻤﻥ ﻤﺠﻤﻭﻋﺔ ﻭﺍﺤﺩﺓ ﺘﺠﺭﻴﺒﻴﺔ ﺒﻠﻎ ﻋﺩﺩﻫﺎ ) ٠٤ ( ﻤﻌﻠﻤﺔ ﻋﻠﻭﻡ‬ ‫)ﻜﻴﻤﻴﺎﺀ – ﻓﻴﺯﻴﺎﺀ – ﺃﺤﻴﺎﺀ ( ﻤﻥ ﺍﻟﻤﺭﺤﻠﺔ ﺍﻟﺜﺎﻨﻭﻴﺔ ﺒﻤﺤﺎﻓﻅﺔ ﻋﻨﻴﺯﺓ ﻟﻌﺎﻡ ١٣٤١/٢٣٤١ﻫـ.‬‫ﻭﻗﺩ ﺃﺴﻔﺭﺕ ﻨﺘﺎﺌﺞ ﺍﻟﺒﺤﺙ ﻋﻥ ﻭﺠﻭﺩ ﻓﺭﻭﻕ ﺫﺍﺕ ﺩﻻﻟﺔ ﺇﺤﺼﺎﺌﻴﺔ ﻋﻨﺩ ﻤﺴﺘﻭﻯ )٥٠.٠( ﺒﻴﻥ‬‫ﻤﺘﻭﺴﻁﻲ ﺩﺭﺠﺎﺕ ﺍﻟﻤﺠﻤﻭﻋﺔ ﺍﻟﺘﺠﺭﻴﺒﻴﺔ ﻓﻲ ﺍﻟﺘﻁﺒﻴﻕ ﺍﻟﺒﻌﺩﻱ ﻋﻨﻪ ﻓﻲ ﺍﻟﺘﻁﺒﻴﻕ ﺍﻟﻘﺒﻠﻲ ﻟﻼﺨﺘﺒﺎﺭ‬‫ﺍﻟﻤﻌﺭﻓﻲ ﻟﺼﺎﻟﺢ ﺍﻟﺘﻁﺒﻴﻕ ﺍﻟﺒﻌﺩﻱ، ﻭﻭﺠﻭﺩ ﻓﺭﻕ ﺫﻱ ﺩﻻﻟﺔ ﺇﺤﺼﺎﺌﻴﺔ ﻋﻨﺩ ﻤﺴﺘﻭﻯ )٥٠.٠( ﺒﻴﻥ‬‫ﻤﺘﻭﺴﻁﻲ ﺩﺭﺠﺎﺕ ﺍﻟﻤﻌﻠﻤﺎﺕ ﻓﻲ ﺒﻁﺎﻗﺔ ﺘﻘﻴﻴﻡ ﺍﻟﻤﻨﺘﺞ ﺍﻟﻤﺘﻌﻠﻘﺔ ﺒﺎﻟﺠﺎﻨﺏ ﺍﻟﻤﻬﺎﺭﻱ ﻟﻤﻬﺎﺭﺍﺕ ﺘﺼﻤﻴﻡ‬‫ﻭﺇﻨﺘﺎﺝ ﻤﻠﻑ ﺍﻹﻨﺠﺎﺯ ﺍﻹﻟﻜﺘﺭﻭﻨﻲ ﺒﻤﺴﺘﻭﻯ ﺘﻤﻜﻥ ﻴﻌﺎﺩل ٠٨%، ﻭﻫﺫﻩ ﺍﻟﻔﺭﻭﻕ ﺘﺤﺴﺏ ﻟﺼﺎﻟﺢ ﺘﻁﺒﻴﻕ‬‫ﺒﻁﺎﻗﺔ ﺘﻘﻴﻴﻡ ﻤﻨﺘﺞ. ﻜﻤﺎ ﺘﻡ ﺤﺴﺎﺏ ﺤﺠﻡ ﺘﺄﺜﻴﺭ ﺍﻟﺒﺭﻨﺎﻤﺞ ﺍﻟﻤﻘﺘﺭﺡ ﻭﺍﻟﺫﻱ ﻴﺅﻜﺩ ﻋﻠﻰ ﺃﺜﺭ ﺍﻟﺒﺭﻨﺎﻤﺞ‬‫ﺍﻟﺘﺩﺭﻴﺒﻲ ﺍﻹﻟﻜﺘﺭﻭﻨﻲ ﻋﻠﻰ ﺇﻜﺴﺎﺏ ﻤﻌﻠﻤﺎﺕ ﺍﻟﻌﻠﻭﻡ ﻤﻬﺎﺭﺍﺕ ﺘﺼﻤﻴﻡ ﻭﺇﻨﺘﺎﺝ ﻤﻠﻑ ﺍﻹﻨﺠﺎﺯ‬ ‫ﺍﻹﻟﻜﺘﺭﻭﻨﻲ.‬‫ﻭﺒﻨﺎﺀ ﻋﻠﻰ ﻨﺘﺎﺌﺞ ﺍﻟﺒﺤﺙ ﺘﻭﺼﻲ ﺍﻟﺒﺎﺤﺜﺔ ﺒﺎﺴﺘﺨﺩﺍﻡ ﺍﻟﺒﺭﻨﺎﻤﺞ ﺍﻟﺘﺩﺭﻴﺒﻲ ﺍﻹﻟﻜﺘﺭﻭﻨﻲ ﻟﺘﺩﺭﻴﺏ‬‫ﻜﺎﻓﺔ ﺸﺎﻏﻠﻲ ﻭﺸﺎﻏﻼﺕ ﺍﻟﻭﻅﺎﺌﻑ ﺍﻟﺘﻌﻠﻴﻤﻴﺔ ﻭﺍﻹﺩﺍﺭﻴﺔ ﻋﻠﻰ ﺘﺼﻤﻴﻡ ﻭﺇﻨﺘﺎﺝ ﻤﻠﻑ ﺍﻹﻨﺠﺎﺯ‬‫ﺍﻹﻟﻜﺘﺭﻭﻨﻲ، ﻭﺘﻭﺼﻲ ﺒﺎﺴﺘﺨﺩﺍﻡ ﻤﻠﻑ ﺍﻹﻨﺠﺎﺯ ﺍﻹﻟﻜﺘﺭﻭﻨﻲ ﺒﻜﻭﻨﻪ ﻭﺴﻴﻠﺔ ﻟﺘﻘﻭﻴﻡ ﺍﻟﻤﻌﻠﻤﺔ، ﻭﻋﺭﺽ‬‫ﺃﻋﻤﺎﻟﻬﺎ ﺍﻟﻤﻤﻴﺯﺓ، ﻭﺒﺩﻴ ﹰ ﻟﺴﺠل ﺍﻟﻨﻤﻭ ﺍﻟﻤﻬﻨﻲ، ﻭﻤﺼﺩﺭﹰ ﻟﺘﺤﺩﻴﺩ ﺍﺤﺘﻴﺎﺠﻬﺎ ﺍﻟﺘﺩﺭﻴﺒﻲ، ﻭﻀﺭﻭﺭﺓ‬ ‫ﺍ‬ ‫ﻼ‬‫ﺘﻁﻭﻴﺭ ﻗﺩﺭﺍﺕ ﻭﻤﻬﺎﺭﺍﺕ ﺍﻟﻤﻌﻠﻤﺔ ﺍﻟﺘﻘﻨﻴﺔ ﻓﻲ ﺒﻨﺎﺀ ﻤﻠﻑ ﺍﻹﻨﺠﺎﺯ ﻟﻴﻭﺍﻜﺏ ﺍﻟﺘﻁﻭﺭ ﺍﻟﺘﻜﻨﻭﻟﻭﺠﻲ،‬‫ﻭﺍﻻﺴﺘﻔﺎﺩﺓ ﻤﻥ ﺨﺒﺭﺍﺕ ﺍﻟﻤﻌﻠﻤﺎﺕ ﻤﻥ ﺨﻼل ﻨﺸﺭ ﻤﻠﻔﺎﺕ ﺇﻨﺠﺎﺯﻫﻥ ﻋﻥ ﻁﺭﻴﻕ ﺍﻹﻨﺘﺭﻨﺕ، ﻭﺘﻨﺼﻴﺏ‬ ‫ﻨﻅﺎﻡ ﻤﻬﺎﺭﺍ ﺍﻟﻤﺨﺼﺹ ﻹﻋﺩﺍﺩ ﻤﻠﻔﺎﺕ ﺍﻹﻨﺠﺎﺯ ﺍﻹﻟﻜﺘﺭﻭﻨﻴﺔ ﻓﻲ ﻤﻭﻗﻊ ﺇﺩﺍﺭﺓ ﺍﻟﺘﺭﺒﻴﺔ ﻭﺍﻟﺘﻌﻠﻴﻡ.‬ ‫٢‬
  4. 4. ‫ﺍﻟﻤﻠﺨﺹ ﺒﺎﻟﻠﻐﺔ ﺍﻹﻨﺠﻠﻴﺯﻴﺔ‬ AbstractTitle of the study: An electronic training program proposed to give science female teachers theskills of design and production of E-Portfolio. This study aimed to identify the impact of the electronic training programproposed to give science female teachers the skills of design and production ofE-Portfolio. The issue of the study has been identified in the following question: "What is the electronic training program proposed to give science femaleteachers the skills of design and production of E-Portfolio? In the light of the issue of the study, the scholar was able to formulate thefollowing hypotheses: - There is difference with statistical significant at the level (0.05) between the mean scores of the experimental group in the post-and-pre application of the cognitive test related to the skills of design and production of E- Portfolio, for the benefit of the post application. - There is no difference with statistical significant at the level (0.05) between the mean scores of the experimental group in the product rating card related to the skill side of the skills of design and production of E-Portfolio at a mastery level equivalent to 80%. To achieve the objectives of the study, the quasi-experimental approach wasused and the research tools; (the electronic training program, the pre-and-postcognitive test, and product rating card), were applied on the sample of the studyconsisting of one experimental group of (40) science female teachers (chemistry,physics, and biology) of the secondary school in Onaizah in 2011. 1
  5. 5. ‫ﺍﻟﻤﻠﺨﺹ ﺒﺎﻟﻠﻐﺔ ﺍﻹﻨﺠﻠﻴﺯﻴﺔ‬ The study results revealed that there are differences with statistical significantat the level (0.05) between the mean scores of the experimental group in the postapplication than the pre application of the cognitive test for the benefit of the postapplication. Also, there is difference with statistical significant at the level (0.05)between the mean scores of the experimental group in the product rating card relatedto the skill side of the skills of design and production of E-Portfolio at a mastery levelcan be equivalent to 80%. These differences are accounted for the application of theproduct rating card. According to the study results, the scholar recommends using the electronictraining program to train all educational and administrative employees on design andproduction of the E-Portfolio. Also, she recommends using the E-Portfolio as a tool toevaluate the teacher and to show her distinguished works, as an alternative to theregister of professional growth and as a source to determine her training need, inaddition to developing teacher technological abilities and skills in E-Portfolio to keeppace with technological progress. Using teacherss experiences through publishingtheir E-Portfolios on the internet, and installation of Mahara system to prepare theE-Portfolios on the Administration of Education website. 2
