Patient 3• 68 year old, 186 pounds, 168 cm height, with 36 months of left knee pain.• NRS L knee pain 8/10, 10 to 110 flexion range, 3 block walking distance.• First arthroscopy 9/17/10.• 6 injections of 10 ml 12.5% dextrose/0.45 normal saline 10/9/10 through 4/20/11.• NRS L knee pain 3/10, 8 block walking distance.• Second arthroscopy 5/8/11.
