SMOKING - WRONGIf you want to be healthy then don’t smoke because: The tar from the cigarette will stick to your lungs making heart disease and lung cancer more likely also it makes it harder to breath Nicotine is highly addictive and can cost a regular smoker thousands of pounds a year Many chemicals in a cigarette are poisons and can kill in high doses A smoker gets very bad breath The smell of smoke will stick to your clothes and hair It reduces your athletic ability by raising your heartbeat, decreasing your blood circulation and making you have shorter breaths Smoking will cause bad skin because it restricts the blood vessels, it can prevent oxygen and nutrients from getting to the skin

EATING JUNK FOOD- WRONGIf you want to be healthy you shouldnt eat junk food because: It contains loads of fat meaning you would put on lots of weight and that can lead to heart disease It contains loads of salt, and too much salt is bad for your heart It contains loads of sugar, and too much sugar can make you fat, make your teeth rot, it’s bad for the blood and may cause other diseases It is o.k to have junk food in moderation because it does contain things good for your health as well, but don’t eat too much for all of the bad parts of junk food If possible try to buy junk food with less sugar, fat and salt in, you can check this on the packaging

EATING FRUIT AND VEG - RIGHTIf you want to be healthy you should eat fruit and veg because:≈ They contain vitamins which are good for your health and help with illness≈ It helps lower blood pressure≈ It helps lower the risk of cancer≈ It helps you keep your eyes in good shape and helps you have good vision≈ Their high fibre helps control blood glucose
