      • Who are we?
      • What are we offering? (product/service)
      How is the product/services adding value to people’s life? How important is it to them? Value add Names of the people involved Team Location of operation and customer base Location Idea Stage Mention what is your final product/ service Product/Service offering
    6. Market Need
      • Answer these questions to validate your business model:
        • What is the problem you are solving? How does your product/service help people (solution)?
        • How many people (consumers) are up there who are willing to use your product or service?
        • How many people are ready to pay for it (customers)?
        • You will these numbers in the sector research reports, apex institutions for the sector, journals and so on?
    7. Market Need
      • This section could run up to 2 or 3 slides.
      • If you can subsidize and manage the information in one slide, nothing
      • Show the current and potential demand for your product/service.
    8. Value Proposition
      • What is the value added by your product/service?
      • What are the unique features?
      • Testimonials/ Validations
    9. Differentiation
      • Other players in the market
      • Competitor information
      • Use a BCG Matrix mapping method if necessary.
      • In the matrix here, market growth and market share are used as the key metrics.

      • You could other tools like tables, pie charts and graphs to show where you stand in the competition.
