  • I wanted to give you all a brief intro to the ICSA, as because when I say “we” when speaking on HB 1018, I’m referring to ICSA. We choose to work as a coalition instead of all working separately. That old saying, strength in numbers. The Steering committee is made up of the Committee Chairs and a few ad hoc members. I can’t stress enough the importance of a strong Steering Committee. This is where the bulk of the work really gets done.
