  1. Start with Role Play.
  2. Just like the heart is responsible for pumping blood into our body,
  3. This is why we exist! AIESEC exists to create individual leadership transformation through our exchange experiences. And we can only do this through working in teams. This is why our teams are the core of everything we do in AIESEC.
  4. Here I will do a small conversation with support facis to explain.
  5. Split programme wise. Or into members/leaders for 10 minutes of discussion time. So we can split into groups. Each group discusses one and then everyone comes together for a common 5 minute connection and explanation.
