This document discusses a new definition of talent management (TM) at AIESEC that focuses on team-based recruitment, induction, program structures, and integrated experiences. It proposes recruiting members for teams aligned with specific jobs or projects to give clear goals and expectations. Induction would prepare members through understanding why AIESEC is important and simulating experience delivery. Program structures could be project-based or job-based. Integrated experiences would connect programs like GCDP and TXP by having members on exchange take roles in the local committee. The key is ensuring programs have enough resources while maximizing individual learning and measuring efficiency through outputs.

Editor's Notes
Start with Role Play.
Just like the heart is responsible for pumping blood into our body,
This is why we exist! AIESEC exists to create individual leadership transformation through our exchange experiences. And we can only do this through working in teams. This is why our teams are the core of everything we do in AIESEC.
Here I will do a small conversation with support facis to explain.
Split programme wise. Or into members/leaders for 10 minutes of discussion time. So we can split into groups. Each group discusses one and then everyone comes together for a common 5 minute connection and explanation.
EXAMPLES: (Here I will use support facis to explain)IGCDP World view teamOGCDP Winter TeamIGIP Marketing sub-product TeamOGIP IT sub-product Team

Important note: First allocate new members only to exchange so they understand the relevance of exchange before being in support functions. This question: 5 minutes discussion time.
