  • 2. OBSTACLE  AVOIDING ROBOT  WITH  VACCUME  CLEANER 
  • 3. What is robot?A robot is a mechanical or virtual intelligent agentthat can perform tasks automatically or withguidance, typically by remote control. In practice arobot is usually an electro-mechanical machine that isguided by computer and electronic programming.
  • 4. Role of robotics in today’s worldROBOTICS is fast growing and interesting field.It is simplest way for latest technology modification.The ROBOT has sufficient intelligence to cover the maximum area of provided space.
  • 5. IR Obstacle Avoiding RobotThis robot uses IR (Infra Red) sensors and two IR transmitting circuitry. When the obstacle comes in path of robot IR beam is reflected from the obstacle then sensor detect the obstacle and decides to avoid the obstacle by taking left or right turn.
  • 6. With Vacuum Cleaner …..A blower is used in it having on/off switch which will suck the dust and other small particles come near it and do the work of cleaning and behave as vacuum cleaner.

  • 16. Future Scope Of This ProjectAdding a Camera:   If the current project is interfaced with a camera (e.g. a Webcam) robot can be driven beyond line-of-sight & range becomes practically unlimited as networks have a very large range.
  • 17. Use as a fire fighting robot : By adding temperature sensor, water tank and making some changes in programming we can use this robot as fire fighting robot.
