  • 1. NGullstén 9.6.2014 THIS IS HOW INTUITIVE METHODS WILL BENEFIT YOU AND YOUR TEAM
  • 2. NGullstén 9.6.2014 1. MORE INNOVATION AND IDEAS As a leader, you already know, first hand, both the benefits and dangers of using intuition in decision-making. You already know how important intuition is in innovation and new product development and how people can yet be led astray by what seems to be intuition. What if we equipped your team with methods to test whether a feeling is really intuition – true information – and not, say, a wish or a fear? And gave you more methods to expand on the real intuitive feelings and innovative ideas they bring?
  • 3. NGullstén 9.6.2014 We can help you give your employees a positive framework to tap into their own intuition and face issues in a neutral and constructive way. Working with intuitive tools while maintaining balance with the rational/analytical mind will help boost true motivation. 2. MOTIVATION FROM WITHIN Intuition, by definition, is information from within. Issues with work motivation are often based in fear – reluctance to take things to the next level or admit what needs to be done.
  • 4. NGullstén 9.6.2014 3. RESPONSIBILITY FROM WITHIN The importance of self-management is evident. Our experience with clients shows that intuition is a great source of integrity and commitment for an individual. Providing a space and tools to listen to intuition is a great way to let your employees find out what really drives them and why they want to commit to growth, personally and as part of your team.
  • 5. NGullstén 9.6.2014 4. IMPROVED SENSE OF CONFIDENCE AND SATISFACTION Thinking about employees as resources is, of course, no longer valid. Whenever we make a recruitment decision, we hire the whole of the person. And we want them to be balanced and well-adjusted people, with a personal life, too. Implementing intuitive tools means you promote another important balance: the one that exists between intuitive and rational thinking. You know your team members have a lot to offer. Support them in bringing all of their skills to the table.
