    • it stretches over 8 lack square feet and extends over a mind blowing 10.1 acres. This is located at a strategic location at the heart of pune away from all disturbances. This project started on 2006 and ended at 2009.
    • This project is based on global village.Global village integrates sustainable development with global technology.A practical approach towards a better tomorrow.
    •  Making better use of the available resources. Lowering energy consumption. Lowering water wastage.
    •  LEED-point grade. GRIHA-5 star accerditation
    • Rain water is an excellent source of drinking water. After proper purification the rain water can be used for drinking . SUZLON ONE EARTHHas made better use of the rain water.
    • After the sewage treatment the impure water which is obtained from is purified and is used for the following: Cooling tower Recreation Flush in bath rooms.
    • Wing and solar energy compliment each other.During summer solar energy is higher than wind energy. In order to obtain maximum efficiency a new system called ‘WIND AND SOLAR HYBRID ‘ system is introduced.
    • For window works and other related works they have made use of double glazed glass window. This is made of an inert organic material sandwiched between 2 glasses. It will allow light to pass through it but it will prohibit the transfer of heat. Hence the heat of the room is rediced.
    • Due to the double glazed glass the light requirements of a room is significantly reduced. But when the outside light reduces the intelligent sensors kicks in and turns on the alternate lighting.
    • It’s one of the most innovative thing I have seen.If it was possible to implement the whole project at a global level then the whole world would be a better place to live.
