  • Daily Tasks : Prioritize ,keep action/tasks lists-in whatever format works for you Office work : Make the most of your (limited) time in the office -remaining current with info-use your resources ,online ,offline,in office .Prospecting-phone/on foot/online Paperwork- mailing lists,newsletters,cma,working on marketing VM checking Keeping up with any technology changes Review new listings in your areas,and for customers (or that come on market that are directly connected to your current listings ) In the field- attend open houses,preview new developments Work on your showing techniques – how to talk to customer,how much to talk,how to understand what they are saying,decide if you’re going to be on foot,via cab car or subway,how many properties to show,previewing, asking them to be exclusive to you..etc Weekly tasks : biz dev,strategy-finding a niche, plan office hours at least a day a week, update your exclusives,keep copy etc current Monthyl : personal, building and mailing lists, newsletters et ; networking- soi,social networking,pasc=t clients etc,social events,community events,keep in touch with clients,send cards,calls,be connected and engaged

It “seems” expensive,but broken down by day,its CHEAPER than your Starbucks® habit,if you have one  </li></ul>
