And then the others are hard to reachtoo.” His smartphone is his most precious work learning device, asquick calls, pictures, videos, etc. enable him to get the information asfast as possible He is fast annoyed if the interface and the usability of a newprogram or app is not suitable Daily activities don’t allow the time to actively get involved inlearning (e.g. in a proposed information forum)
