Based on our project in CPR that we used interdisciplinary approaches within the current issues, Two years joined at Centre of Psychological Research (CPR) has done some researches such The Evectivity of Aromatherapy Green tea and classic Musical of Someone Like You for Anxiety Coping Secondary Students. Behavioral Research Science Institute, Bangkok. The subjects were students High School in Yogyakarta, they must do the pretest N=30 using the anxiety scale was adopted from Khusni (2011) then selected samples of the highest level of anxiety N = 10 and willing to be subject. The hypotheses used Wilcoxon analysis (SPSS 16) the result t = 0.011, which means p<0.05 and indicated that hypothesis is accepted. It could lowered the anxiety levels in victim of natural disaster in Merapi Yogyakarta (Psychology, Neurobiology, Social). CPR also investigated the influence of fermentation’s aroma of Sacharomyces cereviceae on white sticky on improving employee’s motivation at LIPI (Indonesian Institute of Science) Yogyakarta. It was evident that the study succeeded to improve employee’s motivation (40 subjects) at LIPI t. 0.003 it means value p<0.05 so the hypothesis is accepted (Organization and Industrial Psychology, Microbiology, Social, Economics).
