Having just celebrated its 10th year as Nigeria’s capital city, Abuja is
a fairly young city constantly expanding its territorial boundaries
just as the limits of urban development keep spreading to
accommodate the influx of various business concerns and the ever
expanding population of residents and visitors.
Certain areas of the metropolis that were considered “the
outskirts” have become an integral part of the centre in just a few
years. The cost of land and property rents have gone up more
than 400% in that time.
With the ever expanding road network especially on the airport
