  15. 15. 9-10 peopleDuring this term, there is a lot of crisis in ICX in term ofHR. Salesmen of ICX are all strong, high skills and coresalesforce of LC so they have high self-confidence andisolated themselves from others and weren’t active inLC activities. After a duration, they leaked out andmost of them weren’t regconized as alumni. Strategic, relaxing Due to the limited capacity at that time,process is focused on sales steps only. VP Members 15

To kick off the performance, there was a kickout of inactive members in ICX. After this event, just 3people stayed. Then recruitments in March & July 2010brought the new wind into ICX with 14 savvy and strongmembers. Strict, disciplined, work-focused 21
