  • Intro about opening up Certified laughter leader with humour = Welcome Instructor cd Interesting facts and even history about laughter, no you may be expecting funny ditties , not so, this is laughter for no particular reason.
  • All have the natural gift, learning to let it out and laugh children 400 adults 165 average laugh 2.5 seconds less than one minute, kids laugh for 20 minutes
  • ie. If kids are having fun they are open to learning, i.e I change the state of kids by going into laugher. I can ice break with laughter. I can turn children around with laughter

  • What do I mean by buzz, vibe energy. Good energy attracts You do not need to have a sense of humor to laugh. You do not need to be happy to laugh. You do not need to have a reason to laugh. You don’t have to be witty or clever to help others laugh. Your brain will respond to the signals. i.e pen between teeth. You do not need to have a sense of humor to laugh.   • Funny thing happened after laughter crew. i.E glen story / stuff comes up. There wasn’t one teacher who didn’t benefit And the teachers who are continuing to use the skills Stand out so easily from others.
  • Frequency duration and how vigorous. Long enough - Tiny bust of chuckle - Spontaneous conscious effort to last a little long Laugh. Freely laugh often 1 min laughter to 10 min rowing .

Children laugh around 400+ times a day compared to Adults 16. </li></ul>

History of The Laughter movement <ul><li>March 1995, Dr Madan Kataria had his first Ever Laughter Club. 4 people showed. </li></ul><ul><li>Two weeks later they ran out of jokes. </li></ul><ul><li>Doctor devised laughter without humor </li></ul><ul><li>April 2006 5,500 laughter clubs on 5 continents. over 250,000 people. </li></ul>
