  • Introduction to Adword advertising In Adword advertising you can place your ads alongside the search results when someone searches for a related subject to your business. Adword ads can also appear on other member sites.
  • Cost Structure Adword campaign is flexible and accurate in terms of cost and your can set your own budget for the month and know exactly how much you will spend. Google provides very accurate estimates taking in consideration aspects like keywords. Remember, you are charged only when someone clicks on your ad.
  • How long does it take to see results? The Adwords ads usually start showing up in a couple of days, but be prepared to spend at least a month’s time to review the performance of your campaign. You can also change the text and extend or cut short the budget at any point of time through the campaign.
  • How do you execute an Adword campaign ? Spend a good amount of time in designing the strategy, budget and spending limit. You should always run such a campaign on a trial and error basis to finalize on a winning strategy. Finally, keyword analysis is a must to compete with the better and bigger funded sites having higher traffic. You can use software programs available to pick the highly searched keywords for your campaign.
  • Tips for better efficiency A limited budget and a precise plan for starters is a smart move. Running several ads at one time will help in comparing the efficiency of your designed campaigns. You should stick to your planned budget and time frame as the keyword trend may turn out to be erratic most of the times. Remember, always innovate newer ideas and campaigns.
  • Alternatives Google Adwords program is the most widely used program and dominates most of the market. You can also try Yahoo and MSN who offer similar programs.
