Start a contact list: Name everyone you know or who would recognize your name. Enter everyone’s information into a database. Prioritize this list into people you love, like you, or just know you casually and it’s mutual.Love Club: decide which ones are potential ideal referral/ introduction sources and/or potential ideal clients.Like Club: do the same as with the love club.
Set up times to meet with top names in your love club. The more the better. Goal:build the relationship and find out what they like to do, what they are looking for and how you can help them.Tell them what you do and who you like to work with (your ideal client and niches).
Follow-up and be sure to do what you promised, as soon as possible, such as sending someone’s contract information or making an introduction.
Make it easier by focusing on the people you already know and see on a regular basis. Most likely, some of them don’t even know what you do or that you’re looking for more clients.
I am passionate about helping my clients become more confident about their ability to attract their ideal profiles or relationships and enjoy their work and personal life more.
Health: Please rate yourself on a 1-10 scale with 10 being very satisfied and 1 being not satisfied at all.Physical: Include eating, sleeping, exercising, energy level and any particular health problems.Intellectual: Think about how much you are learning through reading, classes, the news, supervision, conversation.Emotional: Think about how often you feel negative and low in confidence versus how often you feel positive and confident.Spiritual: How do you feel about your connection with God, a higher power, the universe, or your inner spirit.
Significant other: Think about what is working well and what isn’t. Put things in perspective. The closer the relationship, the more challenging it can be.Children/Pets: Are you enjoying them more than usual? Think about conversations/activities you have done together. Put a number next to the relationship with the child.Immediate Family: Do you get along with your immediate family? Thin about what feels good and what feels bad or not good. Please list each person and put a number next to each one.Friends: How well are you relating to each other? Think about what you value most and if you are getting our needs met. List your closest friends and put a number next to each.
Money: Are you comfortable with the amount of money you have? How often do you worry about money? How secure are you with the financial decisions you have made? Do you know how much money you need to live the lifestyle you desire for the rest of your life?Time: Do you feel good about the way you utilize your time? How often do you feel like you don’t have enough time? Do you know how you spend your time? How good are you focusing on your highest priorities and staying disciplined? Are you satisfied with the progress you have made in managing your time more effectively?Energy: Is your energy level where you want it to be most of the time? How often do you feel low in energy? Do you know how much energy your lifestyle requires? Do you know what energizes you and what depletes your energy?
Fun: How often do you say “That was fun”? Are you having enough fun? What do you do to have fun? Do you know what helps you have more fun? Do you have ideas for having fun that you haven’t implemented yet?Hobbies and activities outside of work: Do you have a good balance between working and playing? Do you tend to do things alone or with others? What would you like to stop doing or start doing? Are you doing any volunteer work and if so, do you enjoy it?
Write a paragraph about what is most important to you and what you admire in others. The people you admire will share your core values. Core values usually don’t change. What’s most important will change based on where you are in your life; such as raising children, empty next, retirement…
