The main DonateNow configuration menu is available at a
secure location on the Web and allows you to control all
aspects of your DonateNow pages(s).

DonateNow Demo: Donation Amounts
You can customize an unlimited number of donation
amount choices on your DonateNow page and the optional
text labels, and whether donors can enter custom amounts.

DonateNow Demo: Recurring Donations
You can setup recurring donations so your donors can
make automatic gifts monthly, quarterly, or annually. Each
recurring donor will receive access to a secure site where
they can review, edit, or cancel their recurring donation.

DonateNow Demo: Thank You Gifts
With thank-you gifts turned on, you can display the gift name,
description and an optional picture on your donation page. You control
donor eligibility for selecting gifts by setting a minimum donation amount
for each gift. DonateNow will ensure that donors can only select gifts
that they are eligible for and will inform you of their selections in your
organization's copy of the donation receipt.

DonateNow Demo: Tell-A-Friend
If Tell-a-Friend is turned on, then additional fields will
display on your DonateNow page to allow the donor to
spread the word about your organization.

You can create an unlimited number of custom questions to
ask donors, such as contact preferences, demographics,
volunteer recruitment, issues of interest, etc.

You can give donors the option to add/deduct the 3% transaction fee
Program designations allow you to give donors the option of
contributing to specific areas of need for your organization. On this
page you can create an unlimited number of program designations.

When anonymous donations are turned on, your donors will be able to
control their privacy preferences.
When dedications are turned on, your donors can specify the name of a
person they are making the donation on behalf of, in honor of or in
memory of.

With DonateNow, your donors can opt-in to receive email
communications from your organization.

(URLs) and buttons that will take donors to your DonateNow page.
Establishing a unique URL allows you to track visitors to your donation
page from multiple sources (i.e. your website, direct email, direct mail,
advertising, etc.).

The donation and grants summary page lets you browse all
of your donation amounts, run custom reports, and export
your data to another software application, like Microsoft
Excel or your donor database.
