My View of the Market The market is as busy and competitive as I’ve seen it in quite some time. The supply/demand balance is now weighted toward the seller in many areas in Boulder County. Interest rates are showing upward movement. If you are thinking about selling in 2013 putting your home on the market earlier than later may be a good idea.
