Inventory has been increasing but the number of new listings doesn’t tell the story.
  • My View of the Market  Year–to–date sales are up 11.9% throughout Boulder County but the pace of sales has slowed a bit.  The market is slowing which is normal for this time of year. Last fall we had a nice surge Oct. – Dec. which was the precursor for a great spring. It will be interesting to see the effects of higher interest rates on the market.
