Summary: Provides a comprehensive set of business, financial, and appointment related
services. Job Responsibilities: Cross-trained to staff all areas of Patient Access at any
facility, including but not limited to Front Desk, Admitting Office, ER registration,
Cashier, Pre-registration, verification, pre-certification, scheduling and financial
counseling. Identifies and utilizes appropriate reports to contact insurance payers for
resolution to accounts that are pending, denied or in the appeal process. Functions as a
Super User. Acts as a resource for training of new team members and during the
implementation of new processes. Other duties as assigned.
Education: Bachelor’s degree in a related field. Experience may be considered in lieu of
degree.
Experience: Two years of relevant experience in Patient Access and/or Patient
Accounting or a minimum of three (3) years customer service interacting with the public
by telephone or in person in a similar role or capacity.
Licensure/Certification/Registration: Certified Healthcare Access Associate (CHAA),
offered through the National Association of Healthcare Access Management (NAHAM)
preferred.
Physical Requirements: Sufficient mobility and strength to move around the department
and throughout the facility. Ability to stand or sit for prolonged periods of time.
Excessive walking and standing while obtaining patient information when using laptop
computer on wheeled device for bedside registration. Ability to lift 25 pounds.

Description
Cintas is currently looking for a Production Quality Control partner. The selected
individual will be responsible for auditing clean uniform shirts and pants bundles to
ensure customer expectations are met and all garment products are accounted for on each
route. Audit duties include checking for short, mixed, or improperly sorted bundles, and
ensuring that all products the customer turned in for cleaning are being sent back for
delivery. The position involves repetitive motions over the duration of an entire shift,
including standing and walking, and repeated bending, stretching, twisting and lifting.
Daily accuracy of work is necessary for inventory control and accountability. Additional
responsibilities include housekeeping and adherence to health and safety standards.

NOBLE is seeking a community organizer who will be responsible for educating,
