    Software that enables the creation of an all-in-one independent content management Library 2.0 information portal using emerging Web 2.0 technologies (embedding videos, podcasts, tag clouds, RSS feeds, images including book cover images, integrating Facebook, Twitter and enabling user interaction via feedback through comments, polls, recommendations, chat etc);
    It consists of integrated modules – LibGuides and LibAnswers (and the NEW freely available calendar and scheduler LibCal.
    LibAnswers is an online enquiry system (which replicates E-librarian) allowing staff to create a knowledge base and users to interrogate this knowledge base and submit their own questions.
    All modules can be totally integrated – e.g. FAQs on a certain topic in the related Library Guide and a scheduler or calendar allowing users to view availability and book times with relevant librarian or time in the Group Study Room.
    LibAnswers comes with RefAnalytics allowing transaction logging which will better integrate enquiry logging into our workflows.
    The software allows you to create a mobile sites that are both mobile phone and tablet friendly.
