  • 1. Job Summary 1 Job Title: Fashion Designer Description: Fashion design is the art of the application of design and aesthetics to clothing and accessories. Fashion designers work in a number of ways in designing clothing and accessories. Some work alone or as part of a team. They attempt to satisfy consumer desire for aesthetically designed clothing; and, because of the time required to bring a garment onto the market, must at times anticipate changing consumer tastes. Fashion designers attempt to design clothes which are functional as well as aesthetically pleasing. They must consider who is likely to wear a garment and the situations in which it will be worn. They have a wide range and combinations of materials to work with and a wide range of colors, patterns and styles to choose from. What skills? Designers must use their imagination to create clothing that tells a story. In fact, a fashion designer will often create a "storyboard" of looks that illustrate a desired theme or feeling. Along with storytelling, a designer may also reference historical points for inspiration. Qualifications In fashion design, employers usually seek individuals with Needed? a 2- or 4-year degree who are knowledgeable about textiles, fabrics, ornamentation, and fashion trends. Job Summary 2 Job Title: Actor Description: An actor or actress is a person who acts in a dramatic production and who works in film, television, theatre, or radio in that capacity. What skills? Well, you need to be able to take criticism and/or be very strong willed. You need a very flexible schedule. A lot of aspiring actor’s works as busboys and jobs like that, because they can get away with quitting without notice if an opportunity comes. Other than that you just need to be good at acting. Qualifications Needed? You need to be confident punctual a hardworking but you also need an A level.
