ILC was set up by Simon Shepherdson and is a full-service leisure company, mainly providing leisure consultancy services and includes management and marketing services for Clubs, Leisure projects, Resorts and Mixed-use Developments. Spectra represents ILC India. ILC India covers services in sports clubs, golf clubs, country clubs, fitness and health clubs (in both stand-alone and premium hotels), business clubs, health spas, premium residential clubs, resorts and leisure complexes, retreats, conference and exhibition centers, serviced offices and tourism assignments. ILC has recently launched its own brand of Spa called Safira Spa. Safira Spas are experienced in the technical and marketing aspects of Spa design, setup and operations Spectra Hospitality Services

Ltd. and now has exclusive representation rights and franchisee for their brands Expressions International and Ning The Fusion Spa, for India. Expressions International, Singapore, was initiated by Dr Theresa Chew. With the joint association, ESHS specializes in conceptualizing and managing customized Day, Medical, Destination and Resort Spas. Highly recognized in the spa and the hospitality fields, ESHS provides international expertise and state-of-the-art services to spas that redefine the standards of the industry. Indirapuram Habitat Center is a project conceived by GDA, will come up as a single destination to conduct business, debate issues, revisit culture, shop and have fun. Offers a combination of hotel with Business center facilities, Meeting and Convention facilities, Restaurants and a Spa & Health club. Spectra has assisted the project from concept, operator search, with expression of interest from an international hotel brand to technical assistance. Spectra is currently undertaking procurement of FF&E from identification a of suppliers to negotiating for best prices and delivery timelines for Hallmarc Heritage Hotel, Udaipur The Hotel is a 55 room Heritage Hotel in Udaipur which has been restored with traditional architecture and wall fresco’s Spectra involvement in the project is with its Market research &Feasibility Study, Positioning and Operator Search. India Expo Center, Noida, NCR Located in Greater Noida and easily accessible from the capital, New Delhi, the India Expo Mart aims to be the one-stop shop for Indian cottage industry products. Spread over 2, 35,000 square meters, the India Expo Mart is on par with the best in the world. The complex has about 1800 Marts of 24 Sq. meters in the present two phases of its project and 4 gigantic exhibition halls to provide event based space to exhibition halls. Apart from being an International hub that is open all through the year, the range of facilities at the India Expo Mart make it an ideal venue for Trade Fairs / Exhibitions / Conferences and such other theme-based international events. Spectra has developed India Expo Marts Concept and carried out its feasibility study along with providing it technical and management support. The 200 room business hotel is proposed to be a potential Park Plaza. Spectra has assisted the project with Concept Development, Feasibility Study, Fund Sourcing and Operator Search. Celebration City (Business Hotels), AEZ, NCR AEZ Group of Companies has come out with NCR's theme mall called The Celebration City There are Hotels proposed to be developed by AEZ in Faridabad and Ghaziabad. Spectra has assisted the project with Concept Development, Feasibility Study, Fund Sourcing and Operator Search. The hotel in Faridabad is proposed to be a Park plaza and the Hotel in Ghaziabad is a proposed Park Inn Spectra Hospitality Services

Budget Business Hotels, Tamilnadu Spectra is assisting a well known hotels and restaurant brand of Tamilnadu to establish a chain of 7 hotels in various locations in Tamilnadu, initiating with Coimbatore. It is proposed to offer a combination of hotel with Business center facilities, Meeting and Convention facilities, Restaurants and Health club. The development of a chain of mid-market hotels franchised with the internationally recognized hotel management company brand Days Inn, is planned to cover an array of cities in Tamilnadu like Coimbatore, Trichi, Madurai etc Spectra is assisting the developments with Concept Development and Feasibility, Operator Search, Equity partners and Technical Assistance for the proposed Business Hotels in Tamilnadu.   20. 20. 5 Star Hotel , Mohali Spectra is involved with Ishan Hotels Group, based in Mohali to assist setting up of a five star Hotel in the City. Spectra has carried out the Market Research and Economic Feasibility Study for the Hotel and has also helped the developing Hotel for Operator search with a leading International Brand. Sports Club Complex, Latur Spectra’s involvement with development of a Sports Club Complex in Latur covers the Market Research and Economic Feasibility Study and Initial Concept and Positioning for the Sports Club Complex Spectra is also assisting the clients to raise Funds. Mokshana, Thane (Mumbai) Proposed site is in Pinjal Village located in Vada Taluka, Mumbai Sized at approximately 300 acres of land the development is proposed to comprise of 9 multi nation healing villages, 5* luxury & wellness resorts in addition to 60 luxury cottages & 100 deluxe rooms, 3multi purpose auditoriums, 300 luxury villas and an 18 hole golf course. Spectra has assisted the project in its Initial Economic Feasibility study for the resort development and is currently assisting in Investor Search,and Operator Search and Technical Assistance Bodhi Satva, Coorg Popularly known as ‘The Scotland of India’ because of its natural beauty and scenic locales. Key components of the complex include Resort and Spa, Club, Homes, Conference Facilities and a Golf course, spread over 45 acres ; and set in 15 acres, at the heart of the development, will be the Resort and Spa component. Spectra has introduced Investors for the project and has also brought in expressions of intent from International hospitality Brand Country Inn and Suites and the International Spa Brand or Ning from Expressions Singapore.   22. 22. Lavasa, Maharashtra Lavasa, a self-contained, modern Hill Station is a subsidiary of HCC Real Estate Limited. Lavasa will be ready for occupation in 2009-10. Close to 75 apartments, town hall, a four star ITC Fortune Hotel, commercial centre and around 16 sub-stations are in an advanced stage of completion. Tie ups have been established with Symbiosis Institute - Pune, a UK-based IB school; Ecole hoteliere de Lausanne (EHL) and Apollo Hospitals to develop a world-class healthcare centre at Lavasa. Major tourist attractions at Lavasa include hotels, spas, clubs, restaurants, adventure and nature sports, golf course, nature walks & activities such as angling, trekking, camping and rafting.
