Make it personal• Customers want to speak with a person, not a seller. ”The best sales people in the world never sold a thing”• Create a Personal Emotional Connection:• a personal, warm, and sincere relationship with the customers. Make the customer become part from the «Lindt» family.• Be transparent & honest
  5. 5. 3. Listen• Interact with Influencers• - leave comments on influencers’ blogs.• - interact with influencer on Twitter.• Use tools as that can helps listen (Radian6, Engagor,…).• Read & interact on Industry blogs, such as groups on
  6. 6. 4. Lindt giveways & incentives• Sponsoring of a fair or event in store• Reference selling with other pleased distributors• Customer entered to win a chocolate education or trip to ”choco-country”.• Customers can guest blog on Lindt group / community for distributor-only
  7. 7. 5. Community Involvement• Use crowd sourcing : Submit, Discuss, vote on actual and/or new products (e.g MyLindtIdeas) for distributors only• Trade event reference • Entry tickets to Chocolate festivals
