  5. 5. GTD® Process Overview Collect / Capture the "stuff". Processing the "stuff" Organize the "stuff" Review the "stuff". Do the "stuff".
  6. 6. GTD® Process Processing the "stuff". When it IS NOT Actionable. Chuck it. File it. Think about it. Find the Next Actions. Make it actionable.
  7. 7. GTD® Process Processing the "stuff". When it IS Actionable. Single Step? Add it to the Next Actions List. Multi-step? Turn it into a project. Plan it. ( What's the desired outcome? ) Find next actions.
  8. 8. GTD® Process Organize the "stuff" The Next Actions List DO IT! It takes < 2 minutes to do. Delegate it. Get someone else to do it. You still have to check up on it. :-)
  9. 9. GTD® Process Organize the "stuff" The Next Actions List cont'd Defer it. Not Right Now. When? On a specific Date or Time ( Calendar ). ASAP ( Next Action List ).
  10. 10. GTD® Process Review the "stuff" What stuff? That Non-actionable "think about it list". Those Multi Step Projects. The Next Action List itself. Why? Plans change. Jobs change. The relevance of Projects / Actions change.
