Introduction • Vipul Limited is one of India’s leading real estate firms with a strong presence in North India – The company focuses on real estate development – Residential, Commercial, Integrated Townships, Retail, Hotels & SEZ – The company has till date developed and delivered 3.6 mn sq. ft. of residential space and 2.75 mn sq. ft. of commercial and retail space • The company’s current geographical focus for ongoing and upcoming projects is: – NCR, Bhubaneshwar & Ludhiana • Vipul Facility Management, also promoted by the Vipul group, offers Integrated Facility Management, Project Management and facility related consultancy • Vipul has also incorporated NGENOX - an IT enabled services’ company which focuses on design and engineering solutions for smart/intelligent buildings and remote maintenance and facility management services • Vipul Ltd. is listed on the Mumbai Stock Exchange Pg 3
