Priority Three: Humanitarian Assistance <ul><li>How is Canada Providing Help ? </li></ul><ul><ul><li>Providing humanitarian assistance to vulnerable people (i.e. refugees, returnees, and internally displaced persons) </li></ul></ul><ul><ul><li>Food and non-food aid for these vulnerable populations </li></ul></ul><ul><ul><li>Clearance of mines and the provision of mine awareness education </li></ul></ul><ul><ul><li>Humanitarian assistance will be accessible to the vulnerable populations in the province of Kandahar and nationwide </li></ul></ul><ul><ul><li>This will be achieved by coordinating emergency assistance from Afghan institutions, allowing access to multiple health services and education, and regulating land released for mining. </li></ul></ul>www.life.com
