I was looking for a way to combine my lifelong passion for handbag design, with a vision of a better life for myself and my son Kyle. There was a time when I wondered how other women could handle it all: being a good mother, balancing work and family friendships, while still finding time for themselves and their own mental and physical well-being. Then, I began hearing from other women that they also faced these challenges. We were all so similar. We all felt pulled in so many directions. That’s when I knew I could make a change for the better, and not simply for me… but for many women. That change would ultimately become Beijo. Over the next several minutes, I’d like to share Beijo with you. Please join me for a brief walk down memory lane. Sit back, relax and enjoy the journey.
