This best-practice on the cloud side makes it quicker and easier for the customer.The client does not need to install software, we don’t need to have different environments (dev, QA etc.) Advantage – as we follow the same methodology when implementing this means that however you choose to implement on-premise/cloud/mixed then you can be sure that the same process will be followed.   • How are customizations maintained?Nakisa application architecture allows and enables our partners and/or customers to configure and customize the solution as per their needs. All customer specific configurations and customizations are kept in a separate bucket in the application, which can be easily imported / exported between various environments and it makes upgrades a matter of few minutes.Partners trained on the admin-console will be able to carry out customizations same as before.Configurations are maintained separately to the base code and so there is no disruption to customizations when we do upgrades and updates Are there any limitations in customizations. In general no, but if you choose multi-tenancy option then then customizations will be limited.
